Only one month has passed but people have been waiting to see the list of the top ten coupon sites, this list is not an exhaustive neither one, nor it is related to the revenue these sites are making at the present. The listing is based on multiple factors and should not be taken as absolute. Factors like traffic, features, online mentions, Search engine trust, number of stores, variety in coupons and deals etc are the basic foundation of this list. So, I have listed them as follows.

10. SmartSource.com

This site is popular because of the facility of getting the coupons printed. You only have to browse through their selection, checking boxes as you go, and print out the bargains that you find. This site is obviously one of the best sites for grocery coupons on the Internet this is quite easy to see as you can find the grocery coupons on the site commonly.

9. CouponMom.com

Moms are moms, and they really know how to work things out. They know how to save money, and they can help get the best discounts for they are always concerned about the future. Coupons pertaining from 35 categories can be found at CouponMom.com by Stephanie Nelson. Music & Movies, Computer & Software, Phone & Wireless etc. There are so many other different kinds of coupons that you can find at this site. Once you click on a category, you’ll see the featured deals, hot deals, new deals, and expiring deals from merchants. The newly launched Coupon Mom Forum lets users share their favorite shopping tips and deals for everyone, not just the moms.

8. Bargainist.com

PCMag Top 100 Favorite Blog of 2007, reported that the Bargainist stands as one of the best in the online coupons and discount deals in categories such as movies, toys, and computers. You can know them by choosing the results from the stores or any category. You’ll be able to find deals news, shopping tips, and free offers, like a free TiVo cookie cutter, so it’s not just a coupon provider but also a tutor. So you can learn how to use, find and work out the coupons in the list.

7. Freeshipping.org

Free shipping costs the most when you set yourself to buy something online. Sometimes the thing may not cost much but its delivery charges may be more than its cost. So FreeShipping.org is the best solution. There are free shipping coupons and coupon codes to over 850 stores, including NewEgg, Circuit City, Buy.com, Target etc. Just enter a store name, select a store from the drop-down menu, or pick a shopping category click and enjoy the delivery of your purchased items for free.

6. Slickdeals.net

This site is the dreamland of the bargain hunters. Here you can find the best without restriction like discount deals, coupons (link only) and coupons codes. Its search bar will able to get you deals and offers on the site in a spur of a moment. You can browser through names of products, tags, categories, brands or stores. You get the advance search facility to be more specific for the search engine to find your way through discounting process.

5. CouponMountain

They are focused on the provision of coupons only. No distracting deals or ads come your way throughout the process of discounting. The offers on this site coupon based, and every offer you find here you will be able to find a coupon this means not direct link coupons but codes only. You can like the other sites browse coupons either by store name, by category or can just type in the search box and get the coupon in the list.

4. Coupons.com

This site is like SmartSource.com, this is the dream world for the printable coupon lovers. You need only to install the coupon printer to print out your choices, but this is pretty much easy and quicker. Most of the printable coupons are for the things you like buying over the weekends like grocery shopping and other household stuff like diapers for your baby and food for your dog.

3. CouponRefund.com

This site takes you to an all-new experience of saving money on online shopping. The site offers online coupon codes, discount deals, percentage and money off offers. The search bar allows you to search coupons and deals names of stores, tags, brands and products. More than 20,000 stores and 85,000 coupons make this site a perfect option for the second place. There is a dedicated frugal blog where you can get latest updates, descriptions of the deals and offers and can also learn how to work things out on discounting. You can have it as an application in your smartphone to stay aware of the current coupons or you can follow them on Facebook or twitter.

2. CouponCabin.com

This site is pretty much like that of CouponRefund.com but only that it has less number of stores than the CouponRefund.com, to browse coupons on site. Think about coupons for any product, brand, tag, store or any category, like grocery, electronics, clothing etc. and you can find them on CouponCabin.com. The uniqueness of this site lies in the PriceGrabber.com integration so that you can compare prices on a variety of products to make sure you get the best deal. This surely helps and attracts people to make use the site the most.

1. Retailmenot.com

For years RetailMeNot.com is leading the list of the toppers of coupon site listing. This to many is the sure source of discounting. Once you enter the store’s web address, Retainmenot.com present user or staff-submitted codes as well as a list of discounts from similar stores if you don’t are not interested in the results displayed. This site features an awesome frugal blog, The Insider, which may be regarded as one of the best saving blogs in its niche. You can also add the Retailmenot browser extension to your Firebox browser, which automatically alerts you of coupon codes. You can also follow RetailMeNot on Facebook or chat in the site’s newly launched shopping forums.

Computer viruses are never something you should mess around with, so you want to get the best antivirus program as soon as possible. In 2011 there were a lot of good antivirus programs, but now that 2012 is around the viruses are nastier than ever before, so you need a great program to ensure your computer’s safety. Don’t worry, here are some of the best antivirus programs of 2012.

Norton AntiVirus 2012

When it comes to antivirus programs, most people instantly think of Norton, and for good reason, too. Norton has long been one of the best antivirus program distributors, and they are continuing this trend in 2012. Their newest edition has scored top marks in regards to removing malware, rootkits and scareware. According to tests, Norton was weakest with malware, removing 85%, but this is still a great figure.

AVG Anti-Virus Free 2012

AVG’s free antivirus program may just be the best of the year. Usually free programs are a little lacking when it comes to the raw power needed to remove viruses, but AVG has proven itself a top contender for the best spot. According to lab tests, AVG was able to remove 100% of all rootkits and scareware, just like Norton. However, it was also bale to remove 88% of malware, putting it just above Norton. If you don’t feel like paying for protection, then this is a great option.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus

Webroot is a trusted company when it comes to antivirus programs, and they have been able to supply a good amount of heavy-hitters in the past. In 2012, Webroot is definitely pushing its game to a new level with the SecureAnywhere Antivirus program. Most lab tests are showing that this is the best program for removing malware, with 94% accurate, and it also eradicates rootkits and scareware with 100% efficiency.

GFI VIPRE Antivirus 2012

GFI isn’t the most well-known software distributor, but they have made many powerful antivirus programs in the past. The 2012 season is showing them as a top pick with their strong and rugged new program. Like many of the others, it is adept at removing rootkits and scareware. In malware, it scores a good 91%, which puts it above many of the other competitors.

Panda Cloud Antivirus 1.5 Free Edition

Panda is a relative newcomer in terms of antivirus programs, but they have certainly made a good product despite their experience. The Panda program is receiving similar marks to GFI’s program, except this program is free. There is something odd, though. Panda also has a professional-grade program that is not free, but according to lab tests, it removes malware with 85% accurate while the free version is 91% accurate. This may be a fluke, but it is still important to take notice of.

Bitdefender Antivirus Plus

Bitdefender has made a new antivirus program that is ready to counter all the major online threats that are thrown at your computer everyday. This year is seeing people perform more social networking than ever before, which is causing people to be exposed to less than friendly hackers. Bitdefender has many features that help it protect you against these threats, so you can surf in peace.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012

This antivirus program is great at blocking and removing viruses, but it has been shown to be ahead of the pack with detection. According to many lab tests, the detection rate is 100%, with low figures pointing towards the high 90s. There is one problem with program, and it’s the price. It is $59.95, but this may actually be good for homes or small offices. The program automatically comes with three licenses, which actually makes it cheaper than many of its competitors.

Conclusion

Getting the best antivirus program for 2012 is extremely important. People are using the Internet more and more these days, and you need protection unless you want a rootkit or virus to shred your machine. While it can be hard to find the best program, as there are often conflicting reviews, this list represents the best that 2012 has to offer.

Just pick one up, try it out and you will see how well they can protect your computer. If you are worried about paying for a program, just get one of the free options.

The weekend party has become an institution for the soon to be married boy or girl. It’s the last chance to get together with your best buds and have a good old time before you settle down to a life of married bliss. But you don’t have to do that in a way that breaks the bank. There can be a weekend party to suit every budget as long as you know what you are doing!

The biggest and best tip for a budget friendly weekend party sounds so obvious you’ll wonder why you haven’t thought of it already, But you won’t have done because no-one ever does. Or at least they start off that way and then get carried away in the heat of the moment and end up spending way too much.

What am I on about? Budget before you start, of course. Set an appropriate per-person figure for the average low end income of your friends. In other words, the person who earns the least should be setting the budget to avoid people dropping out.

When you have your per head figure, you start researching destinations, packages and ideas. If anything you find falls outside your budget, don’t do it. There may, of course, be things that you find that you are desperate to do, but which you know some of your friends can’t afford. At which point you have to ask yourself: do I want to do that thing that I really want to do, or do I want to keep my friends? I think we all know the right answer to that one.

Package deals can be a very good way to keep your costs down – simply because the package lets you know what you will be paying for everything all at once, and takes a single lump sum off you. The cost of a package deal can include your travel, your pickup and drop off at the airport and hotel, and all the activities that you book. It can also cover the cost of some or all of your meals, depending on where you stay.

Pick a hotel that offers breakfast as part of the price (a lot of them do). And try to choose activities where you get a good feed as well as the main event. My fiancée recently finished up her weekend party with a cocktail making class, which not only gave them all free drinks (and the skills they needed to do Tom Cruise impressions from the movie Cocktail) – but fed them like kings and queens on pizza and wedges. The little touches like that are the things that can keep your budget well within sensible levels.

There are other ways to make your weekend party go with a budget friendly bang of course. One of the best ways to do it is to get a bunch of friends together, hire a cottage somewhere and just hang out all weekend, cooking your own food, drinking wine and catching up. You can play board games and Twister – and generally have a right royal knees up, full of laughs and reminiscence.

If you are going to do a DIY weekend party, think about theming the whole weekend. Do a murder mystery party, or make it like a kind of faux school reunion. Remember – fun doesn’t cost anything, so all you really need is your friends. Anything else is simply a bonus. You can even have a great weekend party in your own house – comforts of your own bed thrown in too!

It’s important to know what you are getting into when you begin looking for life insurance. It is easy to get sucked into those advertisements which promise half a million dollars in coverage for as low as seven dollars a month, but that is often not what you end up with.

Whether you begin your search online or by contacting a professional insurance agent, asking these important questions will ensure you get the right coverage for the right price.

Questions to Ask

1. Why Should I Buy a Policy?

The first thing you should consider is why you’re interested in life insurance. Do you want to provide a few years’ financial cushion for your family if you die? Or have you recently taken on debt that requires coverage? Perhaps you simply want to ensure your relatives have enough to pay medical bills and funeral expenses. Whatever your end goal is will determine what type of policy you buy.

After you decide why you are buying coverage, you will be able to make a better decision about what policy to buy. Term life, for example, might be the best option if you’re looking for a financial cushion for your family if you, as the primary earner, die. Universal or whole life coverage, on the other hand, might work better if you have a large estate and want to protect it from excessive taxes.

2. Is There a Grace Period?

One thing that might not work for you is a policy without a grace period for missed payments. You need to make sure you and your insurance company are on the same page with what happens if something unexpected, like an extended hospital stay, occurs and you miss a payment. Can you make it up or will the policy be canceled immediately?

3. What if I Live Past My Term?

Many who buy term life insurance, the cheapest because it offers low, level premiums for a set period of time, want to know what happens if they don’t die. In most cases, they don’t get any financial reward for staying alive. So you need to know what happens as your coverage nears the end of term. Will your premiums go up? Can you upgrade? Should you drop your coverage? Can you convert? Should you?

4. Is my Policy Convertible?

The question of whether your policy is convertible, closely related to the previous one, stands by itself because many policies offer no convertible option, while others can convert to a chronic illness insurance or to a universal or whole life policy. Typically, these conversion options, if available, come with a time limit. If your term life ends when you turn 60, for example, you may be required to convert before age 55 or end up facing exorbitant premiums. If you will have others depending on you financially at the end of the policy term, convertible is a better choice.

5. How Do I Make a Claim?

Before you choose a policy, find out the specifics about what happens if your dependents need to make a claim. How long will the process take? Whom should they contact and under what circumstance will the claim be denied? The claims process should be written into your policy so you and your dependents have it in contract form, but understanding it at the outset is also very important.

What Else?

These questions serve as a great starting point for choosing a policy, but depending on your situation, you may need to find out even more. Whatever you do, make sure you make a thoughtful, well-informed decision. Keep in mind that many agents will try to direct you toward a certain policy because they might make more money off selling it. For that reason, you should also do your own research.

Don’t let the fact that these boxed wines don’t come in a bottle with a fancy wine label fool you, you can find some excellent boxed wine. Tired of buying wine by the bottle and want to start experimenting with box wine but you’re wary thanks to Franzia box wine? No worries – here’s a list of some best boxed wines that are sure to impress.

Target Wine Cube Sangria

Not that Sangria is particularly hard to make, but it’s nice that Target has done all the work for you. Available in packages equal to a couple of glasses up to 4 bottles, this Sangria is ready to go right out of the box, or you can jazz it up with some extra fruit or soda water for fizz.

Octavin Home Wine Bar Silver Birch Sauvignon Blanc

A new package that’s attractive enough to be left out even when company is over. With a top quality twist spigot that won’t drip wine all over your floor, this New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc box wine is perfect for light appetizers, chicken, or by itself on a hot day. Flavors of citrus are crisp and refreshing.

Pinot Evil Pinot Noir

A quality French wine in a box is hard display to pass up. While not revolutionary in any way, the mild, fruity flavors of the wine are perfect for an upgraded table wine that’s great for enjoying while watching TV and noshing on some delivered pizza – a step up from your usual blended red table wines.

Octavin Home Wine Bar Big House Red

Another offering from Octavin that might actually be the most perfect red table box wine. A blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Montepuliciano, Mourvedre, Sangiovese, Algianico, Tannat, Nero D’Avola, Sargentino, Touriga, Barbera, and Petit Verdot – it has a little of everything. While not doing anything particularly well, it doesn’t do anything poorly either and will match up with just about anything you’d want a glass of red wine for, especially relaxing after a long day.

Black Box Sauvignon Blanc

Another New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, this one is features a bit more of a dry finish while still offering up the same crisp acidity and tropical fruit flavors that are associated with Sauvignon Blanc. A great boxed wine buy for anybody that eats copious amounts of seafood as this will pair wonderfully with it.

French Rabbit Pinot Noir

Another French Pinot box wine with earthy notes of fresh raspberry and strawberry on the nose with flavors of ripe red fruit on the palate. A step up from the Pinot Evil that will pair well with grilled meats, particularly pork and salmon.

Bota Box Old Vine Zinfandel

Old Vine Zinfandel by itself is a great box wine, when offered in high volume at a great price it’s even better. The Bota Box Old Vine Zinfandel is dark and jammy with aromas of blackberry and dark cherry. Spice and pepper on the finish with a hint of vanilla and just the right amount of tannins make this the perfect wine for pairing with a hearty meal of pasta, pizza, or BBQ.s

When it’s time to start looking for a new career, whether your first job out of high school, something to support earning a PhD online, or a major change of pace from your established professional path, there are the usual career choices that come to mind: education, medicine, finance, construction, child care, and hospitality among dozens of others. But how about taking the road less traveled and trying a career you might never have considered before. While you might have to explain what exactly it is you do when your family asks about it at Thanksgiving dinner, these jobs do pay well, and are interesting and beneficial to society.

Computer Hacker

Forget trying to land a programming job at Silicon Valley’s latest start-up. Become a professional computer hacker instead. This is a great job for computer-savvy people who love challenges and want to help protect the digital community. You can test websites or computer systems to make sure they’re as safe as can be. Banks, government agencies, and security consulting firms are just some of the kinds of organizations where you might be able to land long- or short-term contracts.

Food Taster

Some food companies have entire (albeit small) departments whose employees are responsible for designing and testing new foods. While this requires some science, there are also professional eaters who really do just taste foods and give their opinions on appearance, smell, taste, and texture. To excel at this job, you need to have better than average taste buds, meaning you can detect all of the subtleties of different flavors. While this is a food lover’s dream, it’s not as idyllic as it may sound: tasters often do their work in special labs with controlled lighting and air and have very little interaction with others.

Pet Psychologist

If you have a love for animals and behavioral science, this might be a career path for you. Pet psychologists are consulted by pet owners after veterinarians have looked into and ruled out medical conditions that may be responsible for animals’ health problems. They work closely with pet owners to get to the root of the problem and get animals on a path to better health. Though some view this as nonsense, organizations like the Animal Behavior Society are dedicated to helping professionals learn more about this developing field.

Seasonal Entrepreneur

If you’re the kind of person who likes frequent change and has an entrepreneurial spirit, why not start your own seasonal businesses? You can effectively change jobs a few times a year, have more freedom than you might enjoy at a traditional job, and still earn decent money. In the winter you can offer your services as a childcare provider, personal shopper, and gift-wrapper, or do snow removal. Spring and summer bring opportunities to do landscaping and gardening, tutor high-schoolers before the ACT and SAT exams, or planning summer day camps. In autumn you can offer yard clean up, garden harvesting, or decorating services. Your imagination is really your only limit. The good thing is if one of your business ideas doesn’t work well, you’ll soon have a chance to start over and try something else.

Home Stager

With the housing market in a slump these days, many homeowners are turning to professional home stagers to help get their houses “market ready” and sold up to 83 percent faster than houses not prepped by professionals. The International Association of Home Staging Professionals offers training classes to those desiring to become certified to help homeowners get their houses in optimal selling condition by taking down family photos, making rooms look empty, and even having enticing aromas coming from the kitchen. Such tactics help homes appeal to buyers, and in a down economy sellers are willing to pay a little extra to get some advice on how to make their homes sell for as much as possible. If you have an eye for design, know how to decorate and use space well, and are passionate for working with people, this is a career you should check out.

While these careers are certainly not for everyone, you might find your next calling in one of these unusual areas. In these days of high unemployment, more people will have to start thinking out of the box to find their next jobs, so don’t let all of the top ten lists touting the best careers lead your job search. Follow your passions and skill sets to find your next career, even if it’s one that you’d never thought of before.

One of the most rapidly growing medical fields is physical therapy. Many insurance companies pay for physical therapy coverage in their plans, which is another reason so many people make use of physical therapy. Yet, seeing patients isn’t the only way to make a good living in this field. Here are six career paths a physical therapist might take.

Owning a Practice

One of the most lucrative career paths for physical therapists is eventually becoming the owner of a practice. In a private practice, a physical therapist salary can be much higher than those employed with institutions. Owning a physical therapy practice allows physical therapists to plan out their own schedules. One can enjoy a lot of freedom in his or her position if he or she owns a physical therapy practice. Usually, a physical therapist will open up his or her own practice after gaining at least 10 years of practical experience.

Consulting for Medical Companies

If physical therapists want to expand into other areas of the medical profession, then one way they can do so is by consulting for medical supply companies. Medical supply companies are always looking for tips on how to improve equipment for patients. Physical therapists with extensive experience in the actual practice of physical therapy prove to be valuable assets for medical supply companies.

Teaching Classes

Another way to make the most out of a career in physical therapy is by teaching courses at the local community college. A lot of community colleges welcome physical therapists in the community as instructors for students in the field of medicine. Physical therapists may also want to hold lectures for other physical therapy offices. Some physical therapists have even started their own businesses from giving lectures to medical supply companies and other types of medical companies.

Selling Products

When physical therapists sell particular products at their offices, they can also gain commission. This can be a major way for a physical therapist with a new office can gain some cash on the side.

Writing Articles for Medical Publications

For the physical therapists who may have an English major somewhere inside of them, writing articles for medical journals and publications can be one way to earn a side income. Writing articles for medical journals can be a very lucrative way of gaining some cash. A lot of medical journals are more than willing to pay hundreds of dollars to physical therapists who can write well. Another bonus of writing for medical journals is that physical therapists can easily get published. When a physical therapist gets published, this establishes his or her credibility in the medical field. One will also be able to refer patients to these articles as proof of one’s credibility.

Massage Therapist

Physical therapy can even extend into other areas of medicine. One of the most rapidly growing fields of medicine is that of massage therapy. A physical therapist can easily market his or her skills as a massage therapist. In fact, many patients would prefer to see a physical therapist for massage therapy sessions.

Overall, the field of physical therapy is simply what a physical therapist makes of it. There can be plenty of ways a physical therapist capitalizes on his or her skills within this growing field of medicine.

Getting ready for a special event? There’s nothing more special than a wedding, bar mitzvah or other “milestone” event to celebrate. But all of these special events take a lot of work and hard effort to plan; sometimes they can seem so overwhelming. Why is it that some seem to plan them so effortlessly when others stress and fuss over every details? Here are 10 of our favorite tips to help you easily plan & organize any special event with ease.

5. Try to work with time on your side. You can never start planning a special event too early. The more time you have – the better prepared you can be. Not only to reserve a banquet hall or reception center but to visit vendors and create your guest list. Do your best to plan special events with as much time in advance as you can – so you have as many options and your planning has the opportunity to be less stressful.

4. Create a budget and stick to it! This is probably one of the most important tips of all. But one of the biggest challenges is that most people planning special events truly don’t understand how much things will cost. So they’ll put aside a certain amount for flowers when flowers actually cost a different amount – causing them to be surprised. With internet access you have the ability to “surf” and do more research to create a more realistic and sensible budget so try to see what some of your budgeted items should be expected to cost AS you make your budget.

3. Decide as a family or a couple what your “must have’s” are. This is part of budget planning but also part of easily planning any special event. Many people discover that they truly want to have live music and they don’t mind having fewer flowers. Or they may want lots and lots of flowers but they’ll forego something else – like live music. Every family and couple are different so only you can decide which items are important to you.

2. Ask family and friends for help…sensibly and realistically. Some get upset or frustrated when family or friends “drop the ball” with helping to plan a special event – but sometimes a bride or other person planning a special event may be asking too much or someone. Try to give your family and friends specific tasks to accomplish and give them tasks that easily compliment their natural skills. So if your mother in law is a natural at decorating, ask for her advice in finding decorations for the reception hall. If your father is a savvy negotiator then ask him to negotiate prices with some of the vendors.

1. Keep everything in a single location. This is one of the most important things of all. You’ll want to keep all receipts, brochures and all information related to planning the special event in one location so it is easy to find. Best of all this means it will be right at your fingertips. A 3-ring binder with folders found at any office supply stationary store can be a great choice for many to keep everything well organized or consider a day planner just for the event.

The industrious cook is always seeking new recipes to try in the family slow cooker. The introduction of the slow cooker to the kitchen in a sense revolutionized the evening meal and cookbooks and later websites abounded with the latest version of “try this.”

But did you know that your slow cooker isn’t just limited to cooking those meatballs or that pot roast? Here are some creative ways to use your slow cooker.

1. Make Candles with your Slow Cooker

Like to make your own candles? All you need are your old candles that no longer light, some wicks and some heat-proof glass containers. Use your slow cooker to melt down the old wax and form the candles in the glass containers.

2. Make Air Fresheners

Rather than tossing away money on air fresheners, why not throw some water, baking soda and the essential oil of your choice into your slow cooker. Put it on the low setting without the lid and in just a few hours your house will smell fresh and clean.

3. Make Your Own Play Dough

Here’s one you can do with and for the kids. Make your own play dough. Use these ingredients.

2 cups all-purpose flour (If you need gluten free substitute rice flour)

1 cup corn starch

1 cup salt

1/4 cup cream of tartar2 cups hot water

2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil

Put your slow cooker on the low setting. When it warms, add and stir the dry ingredients, then add the water and oil. Cover and turn the heat to high. Stir every 20 minutes for the next two hours and your mixture should be ready. Test it by forming a ball with the dough. You can separate the dough into about five portions and add food coloring. Store in a zip lock bag and you’ve got homemade play dough that will last about 3 or 4 months.

4. Make Colored Dyes

Need to dye some yarn or fabric for a special project? You can use your slow cooker to do that. But be careful with the dye, some of them aren’t food safe. So check your labels or better yet use an old cooker that you won’t use again for food. Whatever your choice of dye, you can use the slow cooker as the dye bath and the heat source to help set the dye.

5. Make Chex Mix

Does your family like holiday party mix, the kind usually made with Chex cereal? Rather than having to stir the pan in the oven you can follow the regular Chex (or other) recipe and do the baking in your slow cooker. Just cook uncovered on high for about 90 minutes, turn it down on low for another 20 minutes. Spread the mix out to cool.

6. Clean Paint Stains from Clothes

If you got a little careless on that last painting project and you need to restore some hardware for your doors or cabinet, a slow soak in a crock pot can bring your metal back to life. All it takes is the slow cooker with water and a small amount of liquid detergent. In most cases the paint will just slide right off, but for the stubborn spots a gentle scrubbing with a nylon brush will finish the job.

7. Make Christmas Tree Ornaments

Cookie cutter ornaments made out of salt-based dough are always a good project for the holidays. Rather than baking these in your oven, you can bake them for a few hours in your slow cooker. Let them cool before painting.

8. Make Your Crock Pot a Planter

Finally, when your slow cooker gives up the ghost you can use the crockery as a pot for plants, and broken crockery can be used as fill in for your garden where it won’t degrade in the ground.

Your slow cooker doesn’t have to be limited to just convenience at meal time. With a little bit of creativity, and caution, in several of the projects listed above you’ll find your slow cooker can be one of your most valuable purchases.
