Yeah that devil’s breath from what I know is HORRIBLE, Down in South America people blow it in unsuspecting people’s faces and they become virtual slaves to that person instantly. You are at the person’s complete mercy and will do anything they ask. It’s like being a zombie under total control by some witch doctor. Scary stuff!

Anyone that would use anything just cause it’s legal or illegal is an idiot. Booze is so bad cause of availability, social acceptance, amount of dui’s that kill innocents and the fact you can die from withdrawal. You don’t die from opiate or cocaine withdrawal. They cause far less death’s from dui’s than booze because booze effects motor skills way more than heroin and coke These are all facts.

devils breath is the most dangerous drug in the world it is 100x worse then cocaine it can kill 15 ppl with just a gram of it. It totally submits you and you are completely awake, if someone told you to give them your life savings you would do it in a blink of an eye. It is the same drug that many ppl were given by the US government in all there massacres to enforce gun control

“Alcohol is extremely dangerous and addictive. In the US- alcohol related accidents alone cost Americans over $50 Billion a year in damages. NOT including any personal / medical costs (from what I could find). Thats well more than any other drug I could find data on. Ergo certainly not a “dumbfuck” thing to include on this list in the least. Any logical minded person performing a thorough cost / benefit assessment for “dangerous drugs” would have to take that data into account. It would be daft not to.
However- I am surprised that tobacco and / or prescription drugs didn’t make this list. Heroin and Methadone could have been labeled as ‘Opioid Derivatives” to open up one more spot. Antidepressants alone silently kill hundreds of thousands of people, and cause many thousands of suicides a year. Although IMHO- Smoking cigarettes should just be labeled “suicide’.”

i will say that krokodil is the most dangerous and killer drug….which is much cheaper than heroin but 3x stronger than heroin..

at the end of the day all drugs are bad – however you can’t pick the legal and last expensive as the worst – cost and arrest chances for an indvual who drinks are much less than any of the others

say alcohol is worse than herion is a “Society level” and not a personal level. On a personal level Herion, Crack, and etc. are worse. An example would be if you had an alcoholic family memember tht could not stop would you ask them to maybe try herion instead to cure their urge? No. However if you had a herion addict family member who couldn’t stop you may recommend they choose drinking instead. Replacing 1 addiction with another is not a good idea but to bring things to a personal and realistic level of which is worse you have to guage which 1 you’d rather a family memeber be. I’d rather be around a pot head before all so that would proably be the least dangouras and the alcohol next. You have to way health – longentivity of life – legal issues and etc. for just that 1 person as oppose to society when you gauge it on a personal level. Counselors blow it up to a national level and makes since however it hurts the “Herion” addicts for exmple becuase they are told – your drug is worse than mine alcoholic – which is true on a national scale becuase of the number of users. However thank god those users chose alcohol as oppose to herion or there would be no world at all – all drugs are bad when abused and all drugs are good when used correctly – comparing what addiction is worse than another is a matter of how it impacts your personal life. Anyone who has ever lived with a hard core narcotic attack knows life just is not possible at all – crack, meth, herion, cocaine, all of those – there is no way they can make a positive impact and it’s namely becuase of the costs which leads to bad things. If these drugs were free it may be different but the cost over takes retirement funds, taxes, child care, and etc. leads to theft, murders, and etc. maybe if the costs of these drugs were reduced and controlled by the goverment the violence from them would go down. However big goverment wants the wheel to keep turning – if goverment didn’t ant as many arrest and etc. they’d control the ditrubition just like alcohol and then maybe the other drugs wouldn’t be as bad – who knows
